How do I change my order?
Simply notify us at least three business days prior to your scheduled ship date.
What if I have a resale permit?
If you send a copy of your permit to ViaCore you can purchase products without sales tax added. You would then be responsible to collect and remit the tax.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped the day after the order is received. Priority Mail orders should arrive within 2–3 days of the date the order is shipped. UPS orders should arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on where you are located.
